REFILL DETAILS

REFILLS will only be supplied by The Happy Hedgehog if the correct empty container is provided by the customer.

For Delphis Eco refills: only like for like refills can be sold. For instance, an empty bottle of Delphis Eco washing up liquid can only be refilled with Delphis Eco washing up liquid. This is also the case for KINN Living products. If the customer chooses to decant the product into a different container on their own premises after the sale, they do so at their own risk and the Happy Hedgehog cannot be liable for any contamination of the product. By decanting the product into a different container, the customer is liable for any contamination. 

For Bio-D and Miniml refills can be supplied in the customer's own container, providing they are clean, have appropriate lids, are considered by the Happy Hedgehog family to be fit for purpose and a suitable size. A safety label will be affixed to the customer's  container ensuring the customer has the details of the product purchased.

Lids must be secure; cleaning products will not be supplied in drinking or foodstuff containers. The Happy Hedgehog Family reserves the right to refuse sale if the container provided is not considered clean, safe or suitable. This is for safety reasons.

Only products that have safety labels provided by the manufacturer will be sold in this way.
